We are currently recruiting for a fantastic Customer Service temporary to permanent opportunity based on the outskirts of Coventry city centre.
Job Title: Customer Service Advisor (inbound)
Salary: £9.50 per hour (increasing when made permanent)
Hours: 40 Hours Per Week - Hours between 7:30am-9:00pm, 5 out of 7 days

- Updating and keeping track of databases
- Organising follow up conversations

- Previous experience of working within a team
- Highly organised
- MINIMUM 12-24 MONTHS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ESSENTIAL
After 12 weeks of working you will be made permanent with the organisation, meaning you will have a salary increase, as well as many employee benefits being available to yourself.
