My client offers a series of high-quality logistics solutions via its network of strategically located sites across the UK and Ireland.
You will be joining an established team providing support to all departments, services which include:
- 24 hours, 7 days a week call centre
- Reporting functions for late or discrepancy deliveries
- Arranging specials and dealing with claims
You will engage with each client differently depending on the rules of engagement defined from the outset and regularly evaluated through the continuous improvement programme.
You will maintain a high level of customer focus by ensuring all client queries are dealt with are managed in a timely and professional manner and to satisfaction of the customer.
You will be ensuring client reports are accurate and communicated in accordance with agreed timeframes, ensuring all contacts are recorded in the correct manner and review processes to drive consistently improve processes
You must have excellent attention to detail and organisation skills. You will need a high level of numeracy and negotiating skills.You will need to be flexible with the ability to work without direct supervision.
You will be able to prioritise your workloads in order to meet deadlines
Salary £9.17ph with holiday pay and pension
