We are now excited to be recruiting our next Customer Support Advisors in our Customer Support Department in a role that offers great work life balance with a mix of working from home and in the office, plus a flexible and engaging onboarding experience.

The role you'll do

As a Customer Support Advisor in our busy inbound Customer Support department, you'll see that customers get a great experience, with problems resolved first time. Using your expert customer service skills to give added peace of mind. Underpinned by delivering excellent service during conversations, you will truly ensure our customers worlds are kept running.

Day-to-day, you'll:

  • Build rapport with customers, get to know their individual needs and put their interests first.
  • Aim to deal with customers' queries or issues then and there.

What else to expect:

  • In a 3-week training programme you'll learn our systems, meet your new colleagues and learn what makes a great customer experience.
  • This department has flexible shift patterns based on a 37.5-hour contract, between the hours of 8am to 8pm Monday to Sunday
  • This is a permanent hybrid working model, which means you will have a mix of working from home and in our city centre office in Nottingham.
  • We'll provide all the equipment you need, but you must have broadband access.

The experience and skills you need

  • A solid background in customer service
  • A driven mindset with strong customer service skills and a love for hitting targets
  • Experience of working autonomously or in a home-based position
  • Great communication skills - you're at ease building rapport, listening to customers and demonstrating empathy when needed
  • A team player committed to creating an excellent customer experience
  • Unflappable and resilient attitude to juggle tasks and bounce back quickly

Salary & Bonuses

  • £18,500 rising to £21,500 after 6 months
  • Bonus earning potential of £2,700 per year and chance to increase your salary by £1,000 every 6 months through our Agent Salary Reward Scheme
  • 33 days' annual leave (including bank holidays), with the option to buy 5 additional days each year
