I am currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor
My client is based in Leicester City Centre. Just a short walk away from the train station and fully accessible via bus routes.
Due to rapid growth my client is looking to employ a number of Customer Service Advisor to engage with their customer base and ensure they get the best service possible! Working closely with business developing, maintaining and growing relationships.
Location: Leicester City Centre
I have an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about customer service to join my client to deliver excellent customer service to their customer portfolio via telephone, email correspondence.
The individuals must have the following:
A passion for music
Extensive customer service experience
Ability to drive and embody company ethos
Have a professional manner which can be portrayed through interview
Invest time and energy into developing the company brand.
Deal with all customer issues/queries/requests for product and service information
Support Managers in service expectations for all customers
Accurately update and input customer details on to the CRM system
Positive and professional manner is ESSENTIAL
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Proven track record building and maintaining customer relationships
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
A team player with a collaborative approach
Working Schedule: Monday - Friday hours between 8am-6pm (3 week shift rotation, all candidates must be available weekly between the hours of 8am-6pm.
The salary: £18,000- 6 month probation period
