Job Description

Customer Service Advisors Required Immediate Start Available - Full Time and Part Time hours

  • Brook Street are recruiting Customer Service Advisors for our client based in Dingwall. Customer Service Advisors are responsible for the efficient management and processing of telephone queries and administration tasks within a parking services environment.
  • This is initially a 16- week temp contact, Monday to Friday, with the opportunity to go permanent with our client after the 16 weeks.

What does the role involve?

  • Answering incoming calls from customers, responding to general parking queries, troubleshoot problems and provide tailored information.
  • Making sure all customer enquiries are handled quickly and efficiently either via telephone or written response.
  • Dealing with public enquiries in verbal and written form and providing information and advice on parking guidelines and relevant legislation.
  • To advise the public on payment methods and other issues regarding enforcement action taken on their vehicle.
  • Full training and support with be provided as part of your induction.

What is the salary?

An hourly rate of £8.91 rising to £9.50
