Job Description

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Part Time Customer Service Advisor working for an exceptional company in the city of York. Hours of work vary as there are 6 positions available, no weekend working will be required.

Your role will involve:
Acquiring new members and retaining existing members through inbound and outbound call activity
Targeting potential members who have already started an application
Retain members who want to cancel their membership by explaining the benefits of our products and services
Contacting existing members who have cancelled or stopped payments to up sell the benefits of retaining membership
Working on admin and emails received from potential and existing members
