Customer Service Advisor + German Speaker

Temp to Perm Role

Chelmsford

£9.50ph to £10ph

Monday-Thursday 8am-4pm
Friday- 8am-1pm
ASAP start

We`re currently looking for multilingual Customer Service Advisors to join a fun and friendly team in a contact centre.

Managing a clients account- handling customer questions and queries via inbound calls, emails, web chat and leaving notes on the customer accounts.

You will need to:

" Be fluent in German speaking both spoken and written.

" Good IT skills.

" Work well within a team and offering outstanding customer service.
