Are you a customer service advisor that is looking for a new challenge in a dynamic, fast growing software development company?

My client is currently seeking a customer service advisor on a permanent basis to support their hardworking Payroll team. This role is mostly remote with a requirement to go into the office once a week. Offices are based in Southampton, Salford, Bristol, Sheffield and Wakefield with great progression opportunities.
Details of the role:
* £19, 357 per annum
* 3% of annual salary to take as a cash bonus or instead utilise on their excellent benefit scheme
* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

* Great training and progression opportunities
Requirements:
* Previous customer service experience
* Excellent verbal and written skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills
* Ability to meet deadlines
* Payroll administration experience preferred
