Job Description

Customer Service Advisor / Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a confident, reliable worker to take on a new blended role with a fantastic employer. This will be a mixture of providing excellent customer service and administrative support to your team. You will be able to prioritise tasks and manage your own workload as no two days will be the same.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering telephone queries and addressing urgent matters
  • Processing orders
  • Being responsible for stock control
  • Responding to emails and social media messages
  • General admin
  • Data entry
