Customer Service Advisor/Administrator

Job Description

My public sector client based in Worcester is looking for an Administrative Officer, to support their Customer Services/Enquiry Centre. This is a temporary on-going assignment Monday to Friday paying £9.71 p/hr, full time.

The role will involve answering customer enquiries by both phone and email. You must be able to deal with all types of queries from members of the public and also internal queries for the department. You should have strong customer service skills and be able to adjust your approach depending on the question and response required. This role will require thinking on the spot and not being afraid to research answers that you may need. You will also be required to conduct general administration duties as and when needed.

Previous experience should include telephony work and / or customer service.
