Job Description

I am recruiting for a Call Centre Advisor for a client based in Nottingham. They are offering a basic starting salary of approx. £18,000 (raising to approx. £20,000 after six months) plus a fantastic incentive scheme where you can earn extra monthly bonus leading to an extra £5040 per year.

THE ROLE
This vacancy is in one of our inbound sales teams, meaning that you'll be the first point of contact for customers who call in for help. You'll provide excellent customer service and use your sales skills to give added peace of mind, by up-selling other products that customers can purchase that best suit their needs.

TYPICAL DAILY JOB DUTIES - WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
The role is telephone based (50% outbound 50% Inbound) and working as part of a team, the role will require candidates to; -
- Achieve monthly sales revenues with a portfolio of Independent Retail customers.
- Manage and overcome sales/ buying objections.
- Drive new business opportunities
- Thrive on Building Client Rapport
- Proactively sell and process orders to retail customers on a live order system
- Complete general Sale Administration supporting sales, including the use of Word and Excel

HOURS

This department has flexible shift patterns based on a 37.5-hour contract, between the opening hours below. The Recruitment team will be happy to discuss these in more detail should you be shortlisted for telephone interview.
- Monday - Sunday: 08:00 - 20:00
