Job Description

Our client in the centre of Leeds is looking for a temporary customer service advisor/receptionist. The role may have an option to go permanent for the right candidate.

This is a full time position with the successful candidate required to work 40 hours per week. The role operates between Monday to Friday but you may be required to work some weekends depending on cover.

The successful candidate will need to be flexible with hours and be able to work between 8am and 8pm.

The pay rate for this position is £10.

Key skills required for the role are the following:
" Good customer service
" Well organised
" Excellent verbal and written communication
" Good people skills
" Time keeping skills
" Knowledge of MS office

Duties will include:
" Reception duties
" Dealing with customers face to face
" Telephone queries, including bookings and payments
" General Maintenance
" Housekeeping/cleaning if required
