Job Description

My NHS Cleint looking for someone x6 with strong customer service skills who can deal with a high volume of calls or webforms whilst providing a high level of accuracy of information to our Suppliers with a right first-time approach.

Full time Mon - Friday 9-5pm.

We want someone who is a strong team player, who can think outside the box, consider other ways of doing things and strive towards excellence. Phoenix House, Topclife Lane, WAKEFIELD WF3 1WE


This role will be Initially 3 months in the office then hybrid with 9.00 AM - 5.00 PM Monday - Friday shift working.
Interview will be based on competency questions to demon straight previous experience and skills plus role Play.
TRAINING - Will be 3-5 weeks dependent on size of the training group and speed to progress

A typical day would be dealing with 40-50 calls (once fully trained and in the job for 3-6 months) and the days can be mixed up with time dealing with webform queries or phones, dependent on availability.

£10.76 per hour
