Job Description
Do you pride yourself on delivering a high customer service? Are you able to work towards an immediate start date?
If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the client`s office in the City Centre of Liverpool, you will be expected to assist customers over phone, email, chat and social media offering a high standard of customer service with a sales through service approach.
This role to start off with involves a requirement to train from the office for a 2-6 week period but then will move to a hybrid working model.
Please be aware, when applying for this role, you must be able to commit to the following:
1. Flexible to work shift patterns working
2. No holidays booked in the first 6 weeks

" Working hours that range from 08:00-21:00 Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 Saturday & Sunday (7 day operation)

Day to day duties will be:
" Managing a high volume of calls on an inbound basis.
" Accurately note taking and inputting as much information as possible gained from each customer and then updating the company`s CRM system.
" Ability to build rapport and relationships with customers.
" Working towards and achieving all KPI`s set whilst being able to work under pressure and against deadlines and targets.
" Good listening, social, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
" Strong verbal and written communication skills.

" At least 1-2 years` experience in a customer service orientated role within a contact or call centre / office environment.
" Worked towards specific KPI and call related targets in previous roles.
