Job Description

Do you have call centre or contact centre experience? Are you able to work towards a start date of Thursday the 10th of February 2022?

If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the client`s office in the North Liverpool area, you will be expected to assist customers over the phone to increase customer satisfaction whilst working in a targeted environment with achievable KPI`s.

This role to start off with involves a requirement to work from home but will eventually be full time office based.

Please be aware, when applying for this role, you must be able to commit to the following:
1. Happy to have a soft credit check conducted on the client`s behalf before starting
2. Flexible to work shift patterns and a 1 in 3 Saturday shift
3. No holidays booked in the next 8 weeks

Benefits for this role include:

A salary of £19,760 per annum on a permanent, full time basis.
Working hours that range from 0800-2000 Mon-Fri and then 0830-1600 Sat (this would work around shift patterns so please be aware that flexibility is needed).
Free on-site car parking facilities (it is preferred for the right candidate to drive based on the limited public transport routes).
Full training provided (12 weeks in total - 4 weeks classroom based training 8 weeks grad bay)

Day to day duties will be:

Managing a high volume of calls on an inbound basis.
Accurately note taking and inputting as much information as possible gained from each call and then updating the company`s CRM system.
Handling correct complaint handling on each call.
Working towards and achieving all KPI`s set whilst being able to work under pressure and against deadlines and targets.
Ensuring GDPR is followed at all times when handling sensitive customer information.

At least 1-2 years` experience in a customer service orientated role within a contact or call centre / office environment.
Worked towards specific KPI and call related targets in previous roles.

As per above, you are unable to take any holidays within the first 8 weeks of this role.
