Are you an experienced Customer Service Advisor looking for a role to start in Feb 2021?
Expected to be a minimum of 3 months FULL TIME this role involves:
- Being the first point of contact for our customers
- Providing a first-rate service by phone, letter, email and webchat.
- Responding to queries in a timely manner
Hours of work are FULL TIME ONLY between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday
You will need:
- Good IT Skills
- Excellent Customer Service
- Good home internet connection
In return you will receive:
- Salary is £19,550 per annum (You will work 37 hours per week and be paid for 42 as your Lunch Hour is also paid)
- 23 days Holiday + 8 bank Holidays (Pro Rata)
- 2 weeks remote training
- All equipment will be delivered to you
You will need a DBS for this role at the cost of £23 (Which will be refunded to you after 6-8 weeks of work)
