I am recruiting on behalf of a prestigious financial client located in Birmingham City Centre for a Customer Service Advisor.
You will be joining the team in their big open plan office providing all customers with a high level of customer service. You will adhere to all customer enquiries/requests as well as undertaking a range of administrative activities.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
-Accurately processing transactions and customer instructions in a timely manner ensuring that procedures are followed
-Undertake customer due diligence, be vigilant and actively consider all transactional activity mitigating the risk of money laundering and fraudulent activities
-Communicate with customers with speed, ease, certainty and empathy at the telephone, in writing and face to face as required
In order to be considered for the role you will have:
* An understanding of Financial Services products and regulations - at least two years work experience in a customer based processing environment within a bank.
* Willing to learn about all aspects of banking products.
Salary £16,000- £20,000 (depending on experience)
