I am looking for a number of senior customer service advisors for a market leading financial institution in Bradford to start immediately.
Candidates must be able to successfully pass a credit check and have the following experience as a minimum to be considered:
- Exceptional level of customer service
- 3 years minimum experience handling incoming customer service calls to a high volume
- Excellent knowledge of FCA regulations
- Excellent admin experience (Minimum 3 years entering DPA details into a database)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft word and excel
- Solid work history for the past 3 years within a customer service capacity, with any gaps in employment explained
This role is offered on a temp to perm basis covering the hours of 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday (However flexibility is key to this client during peak periods and overtime will be offered.)
I am looking for candidates who are available immediately with the relevant experience as my client are now in their peak operating period.
Hourly rate of pay is £8.50 to £9.25 per hour - working at 37.5 hour week
