Job Description

Brook Street UK Ltd are delighted to be supporting our Co Down client for Customer Service Advisors in January 2020

Our client has been a key employer within Northern Ireland for almost 20 years. This is a full time post of 37.5 hours per week. The shifts are Monday to Friday from 0830 to 20:30 and Saturdays from 0800 to 1830

Due to their continued success, our client is currently seeking candidates who would like to play a key role in their continuous delivery of excellence by providing multi-channel customer services to their client

We are seeking CV`s that can demonstrate a good level of customer care, our client provides excellent training to enable you to handle calls effectively. This role is a telephone based call, dealing with customers queries.

No GCSE`S are required to apply for this role

In return you will be paid an hourly rate between 7.70 - 8.21 per hour paid on a weekly basis for your first 12 weeks, you can also benefit from
