Job Description

We are looking for customer service advisors at all levels of experience for permanent positions based in Rochester to start immediately.
You may have previously worked in a retail environment, call centre or sales and have transferable skills that enable you to communicate with customers at all levels.
These exciting office based roles will involve contacting clients from warm leads, booking in appointments, finding out information relating to the customers application (financial based) and up dating databases.
In return you will have on going training and support, pension, life insurance and company rewards and incentives.
Working hours are Monday 08.30 - 19.00, Tuesday 08.30 - 17.30, Wednesday 08.30 - 19.00, Thursday 08.30 - 17.30, Friday 08.30 -17.30, Saturday 08.30 - 17.00. (1 Saturday off per month with a day off in the week)
