Brook Street (UK) Ltd are working in partnership with Teleperformance to recruit inbound Customer Service Advisors for their Newry site.

Brook Street aim to help candidates achieve the first step in their Teleperformance career and, following 12 successful weeks of working through Brook Street in a temporary Customer Service Advisor assignment, the new entrants will have the opportunity to secure a permanent contract with Teleperformance.
The Customer Service Advisors will take inbound calls and provide excellent customer service to customers. Full training will be given in a classroom-based environment. The Customer Service Advisors will work 40 hours per week. The hours of work are between 0800 and 2200 between Monday and Sunday, and the rate of pay is £8.72 (over 25s), £8.20 (over 21s), and £7.70 (those aged 18-20).
