Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Advisor *** Remote Working ***

Pay rate: £10.92 an hour

Location: Home Based

Assignment: Long term temporary role (Potential of being made Permanent)

Shifts: 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, 8:30am-5:30pm, 9am-6pm and 11am-8pm (40 hours a week)

Shifts are based on a rotating shift pattern including 2 in 5 Saturdays and 1 in 5 Sundays

You will be required to attend their office site in Worcester on your 1st day - to see the site and collect your equipment.

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to work as part of an exciting project within a large national company established in Worcester. You will be working for a household name with real national presence - you have definitely heard of this company!

The Role

Customer Service Advisor is a diverse role which will see you communicating with current customers. You will be responsible for handling incoming customer queries regarding their accounts so you`ll need great listening skills. You will be managing each individual situation with care to find the best solution that meets both the customer and business needs. You will also work to ensure all procedures are carried out with regulatory commitment, all whilst working with our customers best interests at heart.

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Friendly and professional telephone manner
  • Excellent Customer Service ethic
  • Strong communicator to handle all types of calls
  • Can use a computer - Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Good attention to detail and quick learner
  • Data entry
