My client is an established professional service support company, servicing some of the largest airlines flying into the UK. Over the last 20 years, they have grown to become one of the premier companies operating in this delicate, personal part of the aviation business.
This role will be a combination of inbound and out bound emails and phone calls and also responding /using the online live chat service to help our customers.
You will have lots of contact with customers, suppliers, airlines on the phone and via email. You will need to be proactive and a quick at gathering and retaining information. We are also looking for someone who is flexible and can adapt to change as you may be asked to undertake other areas of customer service depending on seasonal peak times.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm with one hour for lunch.
