I am recruiting Customer Advisors for my client based in Belfast City Centre who have won a prestigious award for their outstanding delivery to their customers and clients

Our client offers a large and impressive site. You will join an enthusiastic and skilled team of Advisors

You will have class room training for 4 weeks Monday to Friday and a further side by side training for 2 weeks. You will be given a 8 week rota in advance. Shifts will vary from 0745 to 1545 - 0900 to 1700 and 1300 - 2100 hrs

I am keen to meet enthusiastic, ambitious, and hardworking customer service advisors who will meet and exceed performance targets

You will be responsible for
Answering incoming calls
Logging all information accurately on system
Provide excellent customer service
Ensure telephone & written contacts are conducted according to policies & procedures
Achieve first-time resolutions with customer enquiries
Utilise outstanding communication skills
Effectively develop a rapport with customers
Benefit from demonstrable customer service experience
Utilise MS Word and MS Excel daily


It would be preferred if the applicant has 5 GCSE`s including Maths and English. You will be paid an hourly rate of £8.21 which will increase to £8.29 on your 13th week . our client is holding Interviews on the 3rd December.
