Location: Heart of the Inverness City

Hours: Full-time

Office Hours: 8am - 8pm ( Shift Patterns will be within these times )

Days: Monday - Saturday ( 5 Days a Week )

Pay: £10.90 per hour

What you'll do:

" Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone and email
" Update information accurately on multiple computer systems
" Deliver outstanding customer service

Desirable Skills:

" Previous customer service experience (any setting)
" Computer literacy
" Experience in a contact centre environment
" Strong written and verbal communication skills
" Previous administration experience

This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidates.
