Job Description

Do you have excellent communication skills and ability to remain calm when dealing with members of the public who are in a distressing and vulnerable situation?

We are looking for strong customer service call handlers to support a critical operation in Bicester with providing 24/7 customer service. You will be computer literate and have proven customer service experience with an adaptable and articulate telephone manner. In addition, you will demonstrate a calm and professional manner with the ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced challenging environment.

You will be required to work a shift rota after initial completion of your first 4-6 training period, including weekends which is on average 5/8 and bank holidays. The standard rate on days is £9.62/hour, £12.99 for Saturdays/nights and £16.35 for Sundays/Bank Holidays.

This role will require you to have a DBS & is restricted to candidates over the age of 18 due to rotating shift pattern (which includes nights, weekends and bank holidays).
