Our client based in Hemel Hampstead are looking for a Customer Service Agent within Provisioning and Support team. They are a leading fixed line, data and mobile telecommunications provider for resellers. Specialising in assisting telecom and data businesses and make the transition from dealer to reseller.

Since 2008, they have teamed up with 200+ resellers across the UK to enable them to offer a range of products and services to their customers under their brand.

Your Role:

Day to day management, co-ordination, administration, ordering and provisioning of Lines, Data Circuits. Taking calls, submitting orders (lines, CPS, ADSL, VOIP), logging faults, and building accounts for billing. Provide Customer support throughout the order process, resolve order process issues using your telecoms support knowledge, Liaise with Suppliers and Engineers, if necessary escalate enquiries to engineers or suppliers.

Our requirements:

• Ideally at least 2 years' experience in a similar Telecoms order/provisioning support role. Or alternatively B2B Customer Service / Co-ordination experience
• Energetic in personal, written, and telephone interactions.
• Meticulous organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent written and spoken English as this is a customer service role

Your package:

Starting salary is £21,000 per year, and a staff bonus of £200+ a month kicks in after a successful probation and a yearly bonus shared out amongst the group. 20 days plus 8 bank holidays, social outings and onsite parking.
