Our large Public Sector Client are looking for a number of Customer Service Officers to join their team. This is a temporary post until 31 March 2019 (with the possibility of extension).
Based in the Rural Payments Agency, Customer Service Centre, Workington.
Working as part of a team within the Customer Service Centre (CSC), you will be answering calls on the Defra Pets Helpline dealing with customer queries in a professional manner, providing accurate information and recording the details of the call on the appropriate systems.
Working pattern is full time 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Days will involve either an 8:00am start or 5:00pm finish to support business requirements alongside the Helpline opening hours.
