My client offers bespoke, cost-effective, low-risk vacant property security solutions to protect commercial and residential buildings. They take care of vacant properties by placing live-in guardians into the empty space to secure the buildings. Empty buildings are restored to life and provide temporary cost-effective living space for working professionals affected by the expensive rental market.
My client is looking for someone to join customer service team, you will be providing support to the team, clients and following company guidelines and processes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conducting daily welfare calls for existing guardians, Provide guardian references upon request, Ensure guardian complaints are resolved in the timeframe provided, Obtain Trust Pilot and Google Reviews from existing guardians, Ensure keys are returned by guardians, Ensure notes are left on My-globe after making welfare calls to guardians, Answer inbound calls, Ensure Trust-Pilot and Google Reviews are responded to in the timeframe provided, When required, move guardian to a different room or property.
Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience within a customer service role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You will be targeted on trust polit and google reviews.
- Team player
- Confident speaker
- Ability to plan and execute tasks within a set timeframe
- Hunger to succeed as a team, Humility and Resilience
You will receive:
Full training, Competitive Salary £30k, 20 days annual leave per year + Bank Holidays, pension scheme. Full-time, Permanent (Monday - Friday) 9:00am - 5pm.
