Our client is a well-established, UK based, legal information, education & training organisation. They are looking to recruit a Telesales / Sales Executive at a junior level to work in their Chelmsford Office.
Over the years, they have built a fantastic reputation and are growing and expanding at a rapid rate. They strive to deliver world class law events and conferences, as well as providing structured training programs and online media to audiences in the UK, European and Global legal sectors. They have sold out a high percentage of events, so you would be joining a very successful team who pride themselves on their strong service.
As Junior Sales Executive, it would be your responsibility to try and generate new business for the company and maintain and grow strong relationships with existing clients. The role is primarily telephone based, however a perk of the job is you will get to attend some of the Events in various locations so there will be some face to face interaction as well!
For your application to be successful, you will need a minimum few month of sales experience in an office environment within Business to Business. You do not need any events experience to be considered for this role, however if you do have this experience it would certainly be beneficial. You will also need to be computer literate and confident on programmes such as Microsoft Word and Outlook and experience working with CRM Systems is preferable.
In return there is a great commission structure in place from day one with OTE £24K, You will get 28 days plus bank holiday, pension and with some remote working after you passed probation.
Basic salary is £18k to £20k on 32hours- Mon to Thur 8.30am to 5.30pm. You will work 4days moving to 5-day week next week.
