Our client a leading household name has confirmed that the role is Temporary ongoing with a view of becoming permanent. Class room training is for 4 weeks Monday to Friday and a further side by side training for 2 weeks. You will be given a 8 week rota in advance. Shifts will vary from 0745 to 1545 - 0900 to 1700 and 1300 - 2100 hrs

We are looking for candidates who can receive telephone contacts from customers and assist them in a first class manner. Applicants must have experience of using IT systems and packages including MS Word and Excel.
Answering incoming calls
Logging all information accurately on system
Provide excellent customer service
Ensure telephone & written contacts are conducted according to policies & procedures
Achieve first-time resolutions with customer enquiries
Utilise outstanding communication skills
Effectively develop a rapport with customers
Benefit from demonstrable customer service experience
Utilise MS Word and MS Excel daily
Contribute to an effective team culture that values people
Continually develop in pursuit of exceptional quality performance
In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £8.21 per hour on a weekly basis. This is a full time 37.5 hour vacancy. Applicants must be educated to GCSE standard.
