Job Description

We are looking for TWO candidates for this role with the availability to start ASAP

Location: Liverpool

Salary: £22,100 per annum on a permanent, full-time basis.

Main duties:

? Handling all customer interaction including requests for pricing, delivery dates, sales campaign enquiries, order processing, dealing with carrier issues as well as aftersales support, in a prompt, friendly, personalised, and professional manner
? As a blended agent, interact with the customer across all channels (inbound calls and emails)
? Providing a high-touch experience for customers each time
? Acting as a trusted advisor in answering questions and solving problems
? Building rapport with customers
? Providing a value-add service that enhances the customer experience and builds our brands and service reputation
? Capture, maintain and ensure quality of customer data
? Identify and highlight any service-related issues, incidents, or trends
?? Delivering and maintaining both individual and team targets

A suitable candidate will need:



? Experience of working in a customer contact centre environment, providing excellence in service to the customer
? A passion for delivering first class customer service
? Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
? Good social and interpersonal skills
? Flexible enough to work as a blended agent across channels, Inbound and Aftersales, handling phone and email enquiries
? Takes ownership and is accountable
? Ability to work well under pressure
? A team player
? IT Savvy with good MS Office (Word and Excel) and keyboard skills
? The commitment to work towards individual and team goals


Company Benefits:

*A salary of £18,798 per annum on a permanent, full-time basis.
*37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00 No Weekends
*25 days holidays per year (Holidays run January - December)
