Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Agent to work for a well known, established Business in Telford.

This is a full time role, Working Monday to Friday, on a Temporary basis

We are looking for an individual that has excellent Data Entry Speeds, is Reliable and confident on the phone.

You will be responsible for opening new accounts and dealing with Customer queries, both phone based and via email.

Working in a busy and fast paced team environment.

This role would be ideal for individuals that have worked in a Customer Focused Environment and have a proven history in Data Entry and Account Management.
