Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our client to recruit a telephone Customer Service Agent on a full time and permanent basis.

APPLICANTS MUST BE CURRENTLY LIVING IN NORTHERN IRELAND TO BE CONSIDERED AS TRAINING FOR THE JOB IS ON SITE IN THE BELFAST OFFICE - APPLICANTS MUST ALSO HAVE HOSPITALITY BACKGROUND TO BE CONSIDERED

As a Customer Service Agent you will work from home and operate as the first point-of-contact for the company`s clients and partners.

Dealing with queries from these organisations and liaising internally with the company`s other departments, you will quickly develop an in-depth knowledge of the company`s products and services.

Duties

Taking inbound calls from clients and also dealing with teams across the business
Dealing with a wide variety of queries, analysing clients` payments-related issues
Assisting with disputes and providing sustainable solutions
Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of functionality for all systems
Ensuring that a first class customer service is provided to clients

Working shifts
6.30am to 3.00am with one in four Saturdays

Training will take place between 12pm and 8pm and once completed you will resume the 6.30pm to 3am shift

The salary for this role will start on 24k per annum - you will also get paid an extra £60 per month on top of your salary to cover the cost of your electricity and broadband.
