Duties:
Consumer dispute resolution via mediation between consumer and retailer
Problem Solving
Understanding the Consumer Rights Act 2015
Composing emails responding to complaints
Delivering positives /Increasing customer satisfaction
Compiling reports on trends
Skills required:
Assertive, Good at Problem Solving and Empathetic
Strong communication and negotiating skills
Professional telephone manner
Attention to detail
Strong organisational skills
