Brook Street are looking for Customer Service Agents to start for our Transport/ Distribution Client in Avonmouth.

Details of the role:
Customer Service, Admin and Data Entry. Assisting Truck Drivers from their office.


You will be required to take calls from Drivers, regarding vehicles that have broken down and drivers that need assistance - the calls can be intense and candidates will need to have excellent customer service and be able to deal with high-intensity calls.

The ideal candidate will have extensive customer service skills and be able to navigate various computer systems effectively. The ideal applicant will be able to operate a computer and communicate effectively with customers/clients on the phone at the same time - refining their work to be as efficient and thorough as possible.

Location - Avonmouth

There are a number of position that is available: Early Shifts 6am - 3pm Mon- Fri, Late Shifts 11am-8pm Mon - Fri or Rolling Day Rotas 1st week 11am-4pm Mon - Sat, 2nd week 11-5 Mon - Fri.
The role IS a permanent position - candidates will need to be able to commit to this role.

There is a 3 week training programme at the start that will make sure that you are comfortable being on the phones dealing with queries.

Salary- £9 - £9.30 per hour
