Office Administrator and Customer Service Advisor
Location: Crawley (head office) - free car parking on site
Hours: full time (35 hours per week), Mon-Fri including ½ day Saturday once a month - will consider part time applicants
Salary: £20,000 rising to £21,000 after 6 months (pro-rata)
Are you a strong communicator who is comfortable speaking with customers to help resolve their queries? We are looking for customer service advisors and administrators to join our not-for-profit client, working out of their head office in Crawley.
This role will be split between customer service (assisting with in-bound telephone queries) and administration to support the customer service processes.

Any experience dealing with customers (including face to face or over the phone) is desirable for this role. An understanding of financial products (such as pension and life cover schemes) would be beneficial, however, not required as full training will be given.
