Temporary Office-Based - Customer Service/Administrator

" Location: central Tunbridge Wells
" Temporary role for 2-3 weeks, with possible extension or permanent job opportunity
" Full time, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
" 35 hours per week with 60 mins daily un-paid breaks
" £10-11ph (dependant on experience)
" Start date: ASAP

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a well-known insurance company based in Tunbridge Wells on a 2 - 3 weeks temporary assignment.

The position will include a mixture of office-based customer service (via telephone) and administration.
You will be responsible for receiving leads, notifying customers, and transferring to the correct department. There will be administration work involved, such as updating systems and dealing with email enquiries.

No previous office experience is needed so this is a great opportunity if you wish to transfer from other customer facing industries such as retail or hospitality. Successful candidates will have confident, clear and professional communication skills, good attention to detail and organisational skills.
