The Role

A Customer Service and Administration Manager, who will manage customer retention, front of house and the digital mail service department. To ensure optimal staff productivity and face to face customer service standards are of a high level at all times.

Skills/Expertise required

- Evidence of management skills and expertise in customer service or admin
- Expertise in using Excel to deliver accurate and insightful reports to senior management
- Bachelors degree
- Understanding of importance of ensuring all mail processes within the department are carried out in a timely manner
