Job Description

My Bradford based client is looking for experienced Customer Service/Admin candidates to join them on a temporary basis.

Applicants must have a customer service background and confident in call handling without the need for training.

Responsibilities will be:
Acting as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service is provided
Aiding clients with their queries
Handling approx. 20-30 calls per day, dealing with various queries
Ensuring all records are updated with the correct information
Working in a varied role with mixture of call handling and admin tasks
The hourly rate is £8.50, and my client is looking for candidates who can start immediately and hit the ground running. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week.

To be considered, candidates must be:
Confident and skilled customer service candidates with admin experience
Experience within a financially regulated environment would be an advantage
You`ll need to have an excellent telephone manner and enjoy providing a high level of customer service.
We`re also looking for strong verbal and written communication skills and experience to administer a variation of tasks
