We are looking for customer service and administration agents to join our busy department based in Crawley to start in December. Being part of the customer service or administration team you will be at the heart of the business providing customers with a first class service. Your previous experience of customer service or an admin role could be from any background or industry as long as you will have the transferable skills required to do the role to the highest standard.
To apply for the job you will have previous customer service or admin experience (within financial services or pensions desirable but not essential), excellent written and verbal skills, a confident Microsoft Office user including Word and Excel and organised and able to work towards deadlines.
We are looking for both full and part time colleagues to join the team and the working hours are between 8.30am - 7pm Monday to Friday and 1 in 4 saturdays 9am - 1pm.
