Job Description

LOCAL BUSY FIRM IN THE INDUSTRIAL ESTATE ARE LOOKING TO GROW THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICES TEAM ASAP!

THIS DISTRIBUTION COMPANY ARE EXPANDING AND LOOKING FOR AN UPBEAT CUSTOMER SERVICES TEAM MEMBER TO JOIN THEIR TEAM

This role will be a fast-paced Customer Services role dealing with deliveries, payments and general customer queries.

You will be using a customer database to process orders and look up delivery and payment information.
You will need good attention to detail and excellent communication skills to join this team.
This role includes working shifts between 6am-5pm and some weekend working.

Ideally you will have worked within an office-based Customer Services or Admin team and be looking to stay within customer services.

You will have good data entry skills and have used databases. This is a long term temporary opportunity that will be for at least a year so you need to be able to commit to the role long term.
