My client is looking for a full time Customer Service and Insurance Consultant to start as soon as possible!

Our client is now looking to take on a Customer Service and Insurance Consultant to join their family, that isn't afraid to get stuck straight in!
Who's right for the job?
This is a varied and fast paced role that would only suit someone who is quick, accurate and organized in their work whilst still maintaining client relationships. You will need to be confident dealing with high net worth individuals and people that have unusual and sometimes more challenging requirements. Ideally the perfect candidate will have a background within Banking, Customer Service or Insurance. Does this sound like you?
Skills crucial to success in this role:
- Switched on personality with a positive can-do attitude.
- Articulate verbal and written skills.
- Experience in complaint handling to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ability to engage with a wide range of people
- Previous experience within Banking or Finance
- Strong Customer Service/ Sales experience
In return for your hard work our client offers a competitive salary of between £18 and £26K depending on your experience. Working hours are standard working hours but these can be confirmed at interview stage.
