Our client, a global manufacturing organisation based in Elland is looking for an experienced Customer Service & Internal Sales Manager.

Main duties to include:

Manage and develop the team to process enquiries, quotations, orders, make and take telephone calls
Train the team to understand the portfolio of products available
Deliver a company wide culture of customer service by inspiring the business to be the best in class
Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team for lead follow up to increase sales

The successful candidate

Experience of working in a demanding role
Strong leadership skills
Educated to a high standard
Experience of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Experience of SAP would be beneficial
