Customer Service and Sales Administrator
£18,00 per annum
New opportunity for a growing business in Coventry for a Customer Service and Sales Administrator (office based) to provide exceptional customer service across all business channels to ensure all queries and orders are dealt with efficiently. For the position you will be approachable with an excellent telephone manner and communication skills. Experience working in a Customer Service position with knowledge of processing customer orders is essential.
Handling external calls from customers (including distributors and members of the public)
Processing payments for mail order customers
Processing customer orders on SAP.
Ensuring all customer contact is up to date daily on Salesforce. Database management, discrepancy reports, sample & catalogue request databases
Sending out sample requests as required
Upselling. Updating customers of offers and special discounts. Contacting lapsed customers (clients that have not ordered for 6 months).
Booking in large orders for delivery.
Any additional tasks when required
Experience and knowledge in a similar position
Good customer services with strong communication skills
Friendly and professional
Excellent communication skills
Able to build and maintain relationships
Previous experience using SAP - desirable
