Role: Customer Service & Sales Advisor
Location: Tunbridge Wells
Salary: £21,000 + Commission

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a large and successful company, who are looking for the suitable individual to join their fun, friendly and driven team in Tunbridge Wells.

You will be a target driven, pro-active and customer focused candidate who is looking to become an integral part of this friendly team, speaking to customers, understanding their needs and leading them to an outcome they are pleased with.

Your responsibilities will be:
- Talking to customers about what they need by asking a series of questions to understand their situation and identify what products will best suit their situation.
- Ensure you are selling the right level/ amount of cover to the customer and ensure they leave the call feeling satisfied.
The aim is for you to leave a lasting impression on the customer but giving them outstanding customer service and letting them know that you have their best interests at heart.

No experience is needed for this role, it is more about your personality and ability to learn and do the role, however you will ideally have customer service/ call centre or previous sales experience. You must have an outgoing personality and drive to exceed targets.
