Working as a Customer Service & Sales Coordinator you will offer the highest level of customer services being responsible for handling any customer and consumer requirements, as well as being the overall day to day contact for the business.
General responsibilities will include:
Liaising with Customers frequently responding to any questions or queries regarding orders whilst maximising all extra sales opportunities where possible
Processing all customer orders ensuring the correct price, record number and delivery dates are correct
Maintaining an accurate system of all customer records
Providing technical support to customers upon breakdown of equipment
Manage any returns
Review and confirm stock and manage stock discrepancies
Offering internal support for Sales & Marketing
For this position you will have experience working in a Customer Service & Sales Coordination role with previous use of a CRM database. You will have great communication skills, with excellent attention to detail, be a team player and be pro-active in your approach to work.
