Brook Street are recruiting for an Inverness based company who are currently expanding their Sales division. If you have a background in customer service and sales, enjoy working in an office environment, speaking to people and possess confident and professional telephone manner, I`d love to hear from you.

As you develop in the role, you will account manage new and existing clients. Full training will be given - there will be opportunity for career development in the business. The business is well established in Inverness and fast becoming the leader in their sector.

About the role:
" Working within a busy, friendly team where you will be dealing with clients on a daily basis, delivering excellence in customer service and sales. You will introduce new customers to the business and account manage existing clients. The role involves
" Making outbound sales calls as well as handling inbound calls
" Keeping up to date with the latest prices and deals for customers
" Providing excellence in customer care at all times
" Taking and processing customer orders
" Selling the benefits of each product you are involved with
