Job Description

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am-5.30pm
Benefits: 24 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, plus fantastic additional benefits are completed probation, free parking and full training on the job

This relaxed, friendly, fun and vibrant office are looking to recruit a new addition to their team. This role requires the suitable candidate to have strong customer service skills and a proven administration/account management background where you have managed clients and their processes from start to finish.

You will be required to:
- Order materials for your client from an agreed list of suppliers
- Liaise with clients regarding their budgets/forecasts
- Order products for customers from suppliers based on their demands
- Look at stock levels and ensure delivery within pre-agreed timescales

You will be working with your own set of clients who are well-known brands so exceptional customer service is key. You will also have strong Microsoft Excel skills.
