Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service and Training Coordinator to join a local team in Peterborough. This new position has become possible due to major expansion recently in the business, and therefore a pair of extra hands is required in order to support both their sales team and clients alike.

The company supplies a wide range of businesses across a variety of industries, including some main high street retailers that you will be familiar with. This will be a fantastic opportunity to build some strong stakeholder relationships and you will be able to stretch your customer service expertise to the max.

The successful candidate will be someone who has worked in customer service for a good couple of years now, you will have a strong and well mannered telephone etiquette and you will be confident and forward thinking with the ability to complete admin tasks to a high standard.

Some of your daily tasks will include duties such as; answering calls, liaising with other areas of the business to complete tasks, handling any objections with professionalism, coordinating a training programme, processing customer orders and daily banking and post.

As this is quite a hands on and varied position you will need to have the ability to prioritise your workload efficiently and work smart. You will also need to be highly organised with effective communication skills to match.

Minimum requirements to be considered:
- Customer service skills
- Complaint Handling skills
- Sage experience
- Highly organised
- Prior administrative experience
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels professionally

In return, the company is offering a salary of £18-20k per annum, dependant on experience. There are also benefits such as; company pension, private healthcare, time off over the Christmas period and free parking at the premises.
